Details   Scargill Golf Club features a beautifully maintained 9-hole course, designed to offer variety and challenge for golfers of all skill levels.

Each hole has two distinct tee-off points, allowing the course to be played twice in an 18-hole format while providing a fresh approach to each hole on the second round. The layout makes the most of the stunning North Canterbury landscape, with rolling fairways, strategic bunkers, and well-kept greens.

Local Rules

Details  
  1. OUT OF BOUNDS. All fences defining the perimeter of the course, and the fence in front of the clubhouse, and including pegged areas in the vicinity of the clubhouse.
  2. Free drop off all stones except in a hazard.
  3. Drop away one club length from trees under 2 metres, and staked trees, but remain in the rough. No penalty.
  4. EMBEDDED BALL. Unless in a hazard an embedded ball (suckered) may be lifted and dropped without penalty.
Replace divots and repair pitch marks.
 
Study the Rules of Golf and observe the etiquette.
 
PLEASE WALK SMARTLY BETWEEN HOLES.
